Andrew is the senior pastor of Concord Presbyterian Church in Waterloo, where he has served for more than three years. He has been in ministry for over ten years. Pastor Cheatham has a  Masters of Divinity from Greenville Presbyterian Seminary, an MBA from University of Maryland, and a BS degree from Vanderbilt in English and Secondary Education.

Jeff is the senior pastor of Momentum Church in Columbia, where he has been serving for 10 years. Pastor Duncan studied at Arkansas State University, and moved to Monroe County 16 years ago.

Matt and his wife Kati Heck are the lead pastors of LifechurchX in Waterloo. They are parents of six beautiful children including five daughters and one son. They have served in ministry full time since 2011 and prior to that have a background in business that spans eighteen years. Born and raised in Imperial, MO they felt led by God to pick up and move their family to Waterloo, IL early in 2015 after launching a new church there. They have a passion for raising up leaders and helping people to become all God has created them to be.

Will retired from serving as senior pastor of Concord Presbyterian in Waterloo for 20 years, with a total of 38 years in pastoral ministry. Pastor Hesterberg has a Masters of Divinity and Masters of Theology from Covenant Seminary, a BA degree in International Economics from SIUE, and has been a resident of Monroe County 45 years.

Geoff is the pastor of Heritage of Grace Church in Columbia. Pastor Ingrum received a Master of Arts in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2009 and was ordained in 2012.  Geoff has been married for 19 years to his wife Raechel, and they live in Dupo with their four beautiful children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and college football.  Far more importantly, he loves Jesus and whole-heartedly desires to see people grow in their faith in Him.

Darrell is the founder and current senior pastor at Hope Christian Church in Columbia, where he has been serving for 24 years. Pastor Jones has a BA degree in Education from St. Louis Christian College. 

Jonathan currently serves as the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Columbia, where he has been working for 20 years. Pastor Peters has served in ministry for a total of 26 years, and has a BA degree from SIU, and a Masters of Divinity from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary.

Chuck graduated from Parks College with degrees in Aviation and Computer Science, and has private and remote pilot licenses. He has served as a programmer and in management/director roles throughout his career, and recently started his own business, Force One Drone, which provides aerial videography/photography services. Chuck also served as an elder for Momentum Church in Columbia, and in various ministries. He and his wife Angie, along with their three children, currently attend Life Community Church in Columbia, IL.

Beth founded and ran a charter school in Cahokia for several years before taking up the position of preschool teacher at Hope Christian Preschool. 

Mary has a BS degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and completed graduate work in Learning Disabilities at Valdosta State College. Mary is a retired teacher of 30 years, and is currently a small business owner in Columbia.

Denise has an Associates degree in Applied Science from SWIC, and a Paralegal Graduate Certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies. She is a registered agent, interpreter for the deaf, paralegal, and independent contractor. Denise is a long-time resident of Monroe County, and graduated from Gibault Catholic High School.

Carlo has a BS degree in Science with a major in Chemistry from Purdue University and served in the United States Air Force as an Avionics officer. He retired from Ralston Purina after 31 years, holding jobs in product and process development and management. Carlo is an elder at Concord Presbyterian Church in Waterloo and currently serves on the Boards of Covenant Theological Seminary and International Theological Education Ministries. He has lived in Monroe County since 1971. He is married to Margie and has three adult children and six grandchildren.

Sam Hand lives with his family in Waterloo, and coaches youth football. He also serves as an elder at Momentum Church in Columbia.

Joyce has BS (SIU-C) and Masters (SIU-E) degrees in Education, and a Minor in Music Education. She taught in the Columbia School District (K-8) for 35 years. Joyce and her husband Robert graduated from Dupo High School, and have lived in the area all their lives. Joyce attends FBC Columbia, and serves on the women's ministry team there. She is also the piano accompaniast for the church and the Columbia school district.
